When are you open?
Monday - Thursday 10:30am - 9:00pm
Friday & Saturday 10:30am - 10:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Opening times vary depending on your location; we can only operate when our restaurant partners are serving food. However, we're open for lunch and dinner across all our locations. For specific restaurant ordering times, enter your zip code, find the restaurant you're interested in and click it. Next to the restaurant logo there is a 'more info' link. Click this and the opening times will drop down for you.
How long will delivery take?
30 to 50 minutes. Delivery times vary based on traffic, the restaurant's ability to prepare food and weather conditions. We recommend large orders be placed at least two hours in advance.
How much does it cost?
$3.99 (varies based on distance) Our delivery starts at $3.99 and goes up based on distance from the restaurant. Our top delivery fee will be $11.99 or 10 miles. Minimum orders are required and the delivery fee does not include any tip you wish to leave for your mobile waiter. (They work hard, honestly).
Should I tip the driver?
Our opinion is YES! YES! YES! Our guys and girls work tirelessly to satisfy your hunger pains, they have to follow very strict rules to ensure your food is hot, fresh and delivered to you fast. As an average our customers tip between 15-25%. However, it's your choice.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and cash. We do not currently accept personal checks.
Do I need to register to order food?
No. You can check out as a guest quite easily but registered members receive reward points on orders, guest checkouts do not. Plus we like to get to know our members and offer them special promotions.
Can I order from multiple restaurants for one delivery?
Yes, is the short answer. However, you will need to meet the minimum order requirement for each restaurant you choose. Your delivery fee will add the base fee from both restaurants. We do our best to co-ordinate multiple restaurant deliveries in a timely manner.
My order was wrong, what do I do?
This is very frustrating but does happen as restaurant staff are only human after all. If your order is wrong in any capacity, call us 903-744-5597 or “email” us as soon as possible and we'll find a way to fix it for you.
I have a complaint about my food, should I contact the restaurant?
No absolutely not, TexomaDelivery.com takes the responsibility of fixing any problems that may have arisen. Once the food leaves the restaurant it is no longer their responsibility.
Why do you charge a delivery fee?
We are a business and we have overheads, it takes a considerable amount of staff and technology to co-ordinate mass food deliveries on the scale that we do. The delivery charge makes it possible for us to operate our first class service.
When is money debited from my card?
Your chosen payment card will be debited instantly in order to keep things simple and transparent.
How do I use my Gift Certificate?
You simply apply the code in the coupon section when checking out and we will deduct your gift amount from your order total. If your Gift Certificate has a greater value than your order, you can continue to use the code on future orders until the balance is zero.
Can I change my order before it is delivered?
Yes, and No. If you let us know that you would like to change your order before the restaurant have started cooking, then we can change it. However, if they have already started preparing your order we cannot change it - we're sure you understand why.
How do I Cancel an order?
We understand that things happen that are out of your control. If you need to cancel an order just call us 903-744-5597 and as long as the restaurant has not started cooking your food, we will cancel your order and give you any refund due.
My order was cancelled by TexomaDelivery.com - Why?
From time to time we may not be able to fulfill an order due to restaurants being closed or run off their feet. We will always do our utmost to ensure we deliver the food you have ordered, however on occasions we may have to cancel your order and issue any refund due.
